Whippersnap Music and Arts Festival is an annual event supporting national & local musicians, artisans, environmentally conscious partners, and music lovers of all ages. Whippersnap connects the Midwest through music and art. Whippersnappers are a young, tech-savy, environmentally conscious community.

Barefoot Fred Productions, Inc. is proud to present the 2nd annual Whippersnap Music and Arts Festival featuring.....the funky METERS, RAILROAD EARTH, and PARTICLE.

The festival will be held July 19th, 20th & 21st at wonderful Lyran Park, located in Rockford, IL. With a tremendous response from last year, WMAF 2012 will be 3 DAYS of music with over 50 ACTS on 3 STAGES. There will be tent, RV & family camping, vendors, showers, electricity and more TBA!
